The world’s largest sporting exposition, Sports & Fitness Expo (SFE 08), will be taking place at the Singapore Expo come this December. Held in conjunction with the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon, Changi Sports Medicine and Singapore Sports Medicinie Center will be giving free advice and demonstrations on fitness assessments and services to visitors. Besides elite athletes who can look forward to optimizing their performances and preventing injuries, others can benefit by discovering the right type of exercises as well as tips and tricks on preventing injuries.
