Are you ready to get carrie away?
Firstly let me declare that I'm not quite a big fan of the series. More of a casual fan (occasional viewing on HBO), there was not really much expectation for this movie. Well, what's to expect? Its a couple of girlfriends doing what girlfriends do best, being there for each other.
In the part two of the movie franchise, Carrie is living the stagnant married life (finally), Samantha has her own meal of daily vitamins to keep her looking young (and libido up!), Charlotte seems to be facing a breakdown even with a new nanny & Miranda hates her boss disrespect towards her.
So what do they do? They escape to the UAE.

Seriously? How many costume changes do you need in the desert? But you gotta appreciate their dedication to looking glam even while riding a camel.

Throw in a married ex, Aidan for more drama. Yes, it's pretty coincidence to meet your ex in a souk thousands of miles away. I'll take that in mind the next time I go on vacation.

Hey, you gotta look good even while walking on the beach.

So is it worth watching?
Verdict: Hell yeah! Especially if you're into costume changes and the whining of girlfriends. Or in the stereotypical word, if you're a bimbo. But fret not as there is always a moral in any movie and this is, Friends are not perfect. Clashing personalities will always happen but tolerance is key. Not a movie for 1st dates though. Tisk tisk, he will think twice about the 2nd date with all the girlfriends-idioms pouring out of the movie. It does drag on in some parts (146 mins!) so yeah, that's a factor to think about. I'm a self certified bimbo so I'm going for .... WORTH IT!
